Start by draining and rinsing chickpeas. Smash and peel garlic.
In a blender or food processor add chickpeas, garlic, salt, cumin, olive oil, water, tahini, and lemon juice.
Blend until smooth or until your desired consistency.
Garnish with high quality extra virgin olive oil, paprika, and fresh parsley.
Serve with pita bread or fresh veggies and enjoy!
