Quick & Simple Hummus

Looking for a Sabra Hummus dupe? Here is a quick and simple hummus recipe with garlic, tahini, and some spices. An amazing Mediterranean snack packed with protein.

  • 1 can Chick peas (drained and rinsed)
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • ¼ cup Tahini
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • ¼ cup Lemon juice (1 whole lemon)
  • ½ tsp Cumin
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2-3 tbsp Water

Garnish

  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Parsley
  • Paprika
  • Chili flakes
  1. Start by draining and rinsing chickpeas. Smash and peel garlic.

  2. In a blender or food processor add chickpeas, garlic, salt, cumin, olive oil, water, tahini, and lemon juice.

  3. Blend until smooth or until your desired consistency.

  4. Garnish with high quality extra virgin olive oil, paprika, and fresh parsley.

  5. Serve with pita bread or fresh veggies and enjoy!
