Remove shell and devein shrimp. Mince the shrimp almost into a paste. Add to mixing bowl
Add ground pork into mixing bowl with shrimp.
Mince garlic, ginger, green onions and add to shrimp/pork mixture with corn starch.
Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix well until fully incorporated
Use one wonton wrapper at a time- in one hand place the wonton wrapper into your palm and use your finger to lightly wet all the edges around the wonton wrapper. Add 1 tsp. of the wonton filling and fold by bringing all the edges together.
