Collagen Peptide Coffee w/ Matcha Whip Cream

Sometimes your coffee just doesn't do it for you. This recipe is perfect for those days when you need that extra kick to stay caffeinated all day.

Collagen Peptide Blonde Roast Coffee

  • 1 tbsp Starbucks Veranda Blend Coffee, Blonde Roast
  • 1 ½ cup Water
  • 1 scoop Collagen Peptides
  • Dash of Salt
  • Dash of Cinnamon

Matcha Whip Cream

  • ½ cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp Sugar or sweetener or choice
  • 1 tsp Zulay Kitchen's Matcha Green Tea ()
  • Zulay Kitchen's Milk Frother ()
  1. First start by brewing your coffee. I use blonde roast coffee as it has the most caffeine compared to darker roasts. When brewing, I always like to add a dash of salt and cinnamon.

  4. Add collagen peptides to your mug, pour in your coffee and mix until all dissolved.

  5. Top with matcha whip cream and enjoy!
