Add milk and water to small sauce pan over medium high heat. Add flour and mix until thickens. Set aside.
Dough
Heat milk and add dry active yeast and 1 tbsp of sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes until starts to activate.
In a large mixing bowl, mix flour, salt, 2 tbsp sugar. Add yeast mixture, melted butter and 2 eggs. Mix until fully incorporated and knead for 5-10 minutes.
Place in large bowl and coat with oil. Cover and let rise in warm place for an hour.
Roll out dough flat into a rectangle. Cut into 6 equal sections. Start to roll into a ball by pulling the sides inward. Pinch the bottom pieces together and roll dough ball toward you to smoothen. Place all 6 dough balls on baking sheet, cover and let rise in a warm place for an hour.
Pre-heat oven to 375°
Create egg wash by mixing 1 egg and water to a small bowl. Lightly brush on egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Place dough into oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool completely and cut buns. Ready for serving!
